I went to those NZ sites, and they are very informative.
I can see that there has been a lot of research into screw caps, and that it is even kind of sophisticated with how the caps are made and applied.
I feel a lot better now. (really)
You've heard the phrase, "Perception is reality"
You've got to change the perception among your customers that screw caps are antithetical to premium wines. You're fighting years of prejudice spawned by jug wines.
Probably what needs to be emphasized is that your going to screw caps is not a cost-saving measure, which was my first thought. Experience in NZ has shown that screw caps are actually beneficial to the wine.
