I have been out of touch because of family matters. I visited my Mother and had a nice time at a fine restaurant in San Francisco. 

Well I am back and ready to report on what I have come up with  regarding potential percentages on our 2001 wines. These percentages will change somewhat and the barrels used will also change, but I am getting close. 

  • 2001 Aca Modot (Estate Bottled)  47% Cabernet, 16% Malbec, 14% Cab Franc, 12% Merlot, 6% Barbera and 5% Petite Verdot (350 Cases) 

  •  
  • 2001 Block 4 (Estate Bottled)  40% Petite Sirah, 40% Zin and 20% other (300 Cases)

  •  
  • 2001 Carignan (Estate Bottled) 78% Carignan and 22% Zin  (425 Cases)

  •  
  • 2001 Petite Sirah  76% Petite Sirah, 16% Zin and 8% Syrah  (415 Cases) 

  •  
  • 2001 Pinot Noir  76% Pinot, 12% Carignan and 12% Barbera  (50 Cases) 

  •  
  • 2001 Zinfandel (Estate Bottled) 76% Zin, 9% Petite Sirah, 5% Carignan, 5% Barbera and 5% Cabernet   (985 Cases) 

  •  
  • 2001 Estate Cuvee (Estate Bottled) 34% Zin, 33% Cab, 22% Carignan and 11% Petite Sirah  (985 Cases)

  •  
  • 2001 D.C. Cuvee   50% Carignan, 23% Zin, 19% Pinot and 8% Cabernet  (350 Cases)

  •  
  • 2001 Syrah   78 Syrah, and 22% Barbera  (180 Cases) 

  •  
  • 2001 Cab Franc  75% Cab Franc, 21% Barbera and 4% Petite Sirah  (90 Cases)

  •  
  • 2001 Sauv Blanc (Estate Bottled) 100% Sauv Blanc  (300 Cases)

  •  
  • 2001 Late Harvest Sauv Blanc (Estate Bottled) (50 Cases; 375 ML) 

  •  
  • 2001 ZP2C  35% Zin, 18% Carignan, 16% Petite Sirah, 15% Cabernet, 4% Barbera, 4% Pinot, 3% Cab Franc, 3% Syrah and 2% Malbec, etc.
