This is in reference to the shipping problems, legalities, etc. as discussed
in you August 5, 1999 diary entry; would this be an opportunity for someone
to create a business of being an independent shipper of wines coming from
wineries such
as yours? I guess what I am trying to say is would it be legal for
someone, other than a winery, to take delivery of a wine such as yours
then, for a fee, ship it on to a customer; such as me. I am not saying
I want to create such a business but is this a possibility? Do the existing
laws and proposed changes prohibit this?
