I haven't read all of the diary, but would assume that the three fermentations
have some distinct characteristics . . . some good, and some not as good.
I would also assume that the reason you did the three treatments was for
YOUR education, and although it could be interesting for some consumers,
the average person is not going to benefit significantly from the experiment.
therefore, I would tend to say . . . blend it . . . especially if you feel
that the end result would be better that the individual components.
The bottom line is that the spoiled consumer (of which I am one) trusts
you to deliver excellent wines (which you have consistently done), and
if you feel like blending will improve the wines . . . . do it!!!
