	Monday October 31, 2016 8:00: Pm:   I know Halloween I liked when we took Kate and Susie out every year with some great friends, probably back in the early 1990's and we had a great time with Don......... But I liked it less when I was a kid..........when I was a kid and went out..........but I did not like when some neighbors would  be looking upset and just say OK "I am sure they were being nice but it made me not want to bother them again OK.........            It is raining so that is good. All the Earth needs rain at times otherwise in California we have to transport water down South, I LOVE. It is warm down there................. Josh and I are looking in to selling some bulk wine we have already processed to Chateau Diana!!! We will put a few samples out to them. I am sure they will not pay much so we should look to someone else Because I am not selling grapes which we did this year and we could have processed for $12 a bottle SO I am thinking about making a new wine. The problem is it would be as good as all my other wines BUT it would cost only a few bucks............OK Pat wants me to sell the wine for a low price but not put my label on it,,,,,............yes Gallo as I have said has many labels and does not say it is GALLO.........Pat and I are talking......... Friday November 4, 2016 Josh and I have been working on the 13 Zinfandel barrels which had stopped fermenting at 1% sugar. We want less than 0.3% so we have tried a new method of restarting the fermentation and the good news is the one barrel we tried it on has gone dry. So yesterday we inoculated the remaining 12 barrels and we hope those barrels will finish fermenting with no sugar left. I may take another 2 weeks so we will be patient. Pat and I are still thinking about coming out with a second label. Like I have said in the past we could be making 7,000 cases if we have a large harvest in the next few years. A few years ago we planted many new vines and those vines have started to produce fruit. Some of the new vines planted were Sagrantino, Montepulciano, Malbec, Muscat and several new clones of Zinfandel. If we do come out with a new label the wine will be a blend, mostly of Rhone varietals and Zinfandel. 8:00 Pm : Pat mentioned that I yell at her sometimes and I have heard that is a word used in a different definition? to cry out or speak with a strong, loud, clear sound; shout:.................. So Pat and I had a great friend talking and referred to the word "Yell" in the wrong way? I have asked both Pat and my friend what they mean by yelling? I have asked: "were they really yelling?" And they have said "Yes". So I asked did they really yell and make a loud sound? No was the answer. We all say things that offend people, I sure do at times but some of us don't yell, but do annoy some of our friends...........
