	Tuesday February 12, 2013 I am not interested in the Queen...........I am not interested in the Pope........I dislike Figure Heads. They make no policy. I look to the Future. Sure figure heads are good for some. I try not to follow others so I do not understand figure heads.......... I am still looking for the next big thing to invest in. Darn, I wish I could figure it out...........sure there are many possibilities.......I am still hooked on AAPL, GOOG, AMZN. Susie thinks NFLX is still good...........finally the Dick Tracy watch?...........http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dick_Tracy   or fun glasses is rumored by Apple. Matt is here and we will taste all the 2012 wines, in the office where it is warmer. We have to decide for balance in some of our wines. I believe in a PH of 3.5- 3.8......some of our wines have PH's close or over 4.0 which I feel is too low in acid. Obviously there is a more important consideration.............what does the wine taste like. What is SO interesting is ..... what these wines will taste like in the future. It will be fun soon to taste and see what we think, but there is no way we will know for sure what these wines will taste like in 6 or 12 months or 2,5,10 years, but I do know they will be some of our best...............2011 was a good year also. I am enjoying this vintage more than 2010 because they are more fruit driven.........    Is it spring? It is warm....Do I have a tank top on.........yes Grammys....I like seeing and hearing on my great system.........Some of the music was fun. The problem here is they delay the broadcast until 8 our time, three hours earlier on the East Coast. Sure I started late and caught up fast forwarding and went to bed at 11:30. The Grammy show was fun at times so if any of you want to see it come to our open house this weekend and I could put some of it on our big screen.
