	Tuesday June 29, 2010 We are gearing up to bottle most of our 2009 wines. We bottle a few cases on July 9, but most of the action will commence on July 12. We hope to bottle about 600 cases a day, 3400 in all. As I have said before, we will hold back many of the wines for aging and will bottle about 1000 cases of those wines in February 2011. Those of you who have purchased 2009 Futures will have the option to chose the wine to be bottled in February and will be able to switch at no additional cost. Some of you may wish to purchase some of the wine to be bottled in February which will be sold at $2 a bottle above today's cost.
