Week 1
December 30, 2001 to January 5, 2002 

	Friday, January 4, 2002  Well our Alcolyzer finally came yesterday. Pat and I were out doing research for appliances on our new building. Brendan is coming Monday and also a representative of the company will setup the instruments for us. Since all the gadgets together cost $15,296.69, I should get some personal attention. Next week I'll report on our findings and also the progress on our new building. In the last few weeks, I have spent most of my time setting up new computers, so it will be great to get back to winemaking and more entries in this diary. Happy New Year.
